As a reminder, today we will be having our Pre-K and *NEW* Kindergarten student registration from 4:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. in the Jr. High building. Registration for new and returning students is open! We will be having our JrH and HS athletic awards banquet Tuesday, May 14 in the school cafeteria. Lingleville Athletic Booster Club will be offering a meal to be served prior to the LISD JH/HS Athletic Awards Banquet, the meal will be priced by plate and will be served as a pasta bar - including spaghetti and spiral noodles, your choice of sauce (marinara, meat sauce, Alfredo, or chicken Alfredo), salad, bread, drink (tea, water, or lemonade) and dessert. Meal prices are $8 (12 and up) and $5 for children (ages 5-11) when you RSVP by May 1st. Please select Family Member Meal for ages 12 and up and select Sibling Meal for children ages 5-11 as your RSVP. All LJH and LHS Athletes, Coaches, and LISD Employees will receive a meal compliments of Lingleville Athletic Booster Club. Please select Athlete Meal for your RSVP. Lingleville Mini Cheer Camp sign ups have begun and will end this Friday, April 26th. Please get your forms turned into your students teacher or the front office. It will run from Tuesday, May 7th through Thursday, May 9th, with a school wide pep rally on Friday, May 10th @ 2:30pm.

Just a reminder that we are accepting transfer applications for the 24-25 school year. Returning transfer students, please make sure to submit a new application for each school year. Please contact Mrs. Garrison if you have any questions.

LISD will be hosting a Scholastic Book Fair May 7th-10th. More information will be coming home with your student in the coming weeks!

Good News!!! The board approved a calendar update last night for the remainder of the school year. We had 3 unused days worth of extra minutes; therefore, we will now have May 17th as the last day of school!! Graduation remains the same with no changes. Final exams will now be May 16-17 but no early release. These will be full days. The updated calendar can be found on our website as well.

Our 2024-2025 School Calendar has been approved. It will also be posted on our web site. Have a wonderful weekend.

Good morning! 5th six weeks report cards are now available in Parent Portal for 2nd - 12th grade. Report cards for grades PK - 1st will be sent home today. REMINDER: Registration is open for 2024-2025 school year for returning students!

RETURNING student registration is now OPEN on Parent Portal! This is for students who are CURRENTLY ENROLLED in the district who plan to attend LISD this upcoming year. Please keep in mind that when it is asking for your students grade, it will be the grade that they will be in for 24-25. We are two weeks away from starting our STAAR and EOC assessments. Please view the attached image to see all the upcoming testing dates! Remember to encourage students to get a good night's rest, eat a well balanced breakfast, and do their best! Our students are ROCK STARS, so join us as we help remind and encourage them!

If you are a parent of a student with dyslexia or have dyslexia concerns, please join us for a dyslexia informational meeting on Tuesday, March 26 at 5:00 pm. We will meet in room 702, in the junior high building.

Come see the Lingleville Cheerleaders at CiCi's pizza for our annual bake sale fundraiser on April 6th from 10 -2. All of the funds raised help pay for the girls to attend cheer camp during the summer to prepare for next year.
